Oana Stoica
President and FounderOana was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of Bucharest. With extensive experience as a Financial Manager with over 15 years in the construction industry, Oana has honed her skills in financial planning, budgeting, and organizational management. But her true passion for charity work was ignited during her trip to Romania to visit children at the Dumbrava Monastery, an orphanage in Neamt. It was then that Oana felt a calling to make a difference. Driven by the desire to help those in need, she founded Love and Mercy Project. Her dedication to giving back to the community led her to establish an organization that provides resources, support, and hope to orphaned children in Romania and beyond. Oana believes that every child deserves a chance at a brighter future, and she works tirelessly to make that vision a reality.
Adriana Gudea
TreasurerAdriana, born and raised in Romania, moved to the United States as a young adult. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and brings over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Throughout her career, Adriana has been a pillar of financial expertise and precision, utilizing her strong background in accounting to manage complex financial operations. Known for her analytical mindset and commitment to accuracy, Adriana applies the same level of dedication to her role within the Love and Mercy Project. As Treasurer, she ensures that every dollar contributed is managed with integrity and transparency, maximizing the impact of donations to support the children in need. Adriana’s passion for giving back to her homeland and her desire to create lasting change for orphaned children drive her commitment to the organization’s mission.
Sanjay Prajapati
PastorSanjay has been a dedicated student of the Torah since 1991, when he embarked on his theological studies in Denver, Colorado. He further enriched his education with coursework at Dallas Theological Seminary. As the pastor of Love and Mercy Ministry, Sanjay has been shepherding his congregation since 2012. Sanjay is also the host of the weekly podcast, In the Word, produced by Rob Rosen. In addition to his pastoral work, Sanjay is a published author, accomplished speaker, and dedicated Bible teacher, committed to the mission of sharing and spreading knowledge and faith.
Rob Rosen
SecretaryRob is an Emmy award-winning Producer and Director with credits in film, television, and commercial media. He has managed multimillion-dollar productions, overseeing all aspects from pre-production to post-production. His extensive background in creative direction and project management brings a unique perspective to Love and Mercy Project. As Secretary, Rob applies his organizational skills and creative vision to help amplify the mission, ensuring that the organization’s story reaches a wide audience and inspires others to join the cause.
